Return and Refund Policy

Whenever the return corresponds to product defects, Carmo Wood assumes the shipping costs caused by the return. The customer can replace it with the same article or exchange it for other items.

For products made of wood treated with Class 4 SP treatment, Carmo Wood offers a 20-year warranty against early wood decay.

Exercise your right of free resolution, the customer can return only items without any damage, scratches or other signs of use, new items, closed and sealed. To do so, you must notify Carmo Wood within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt, togeral@carmo.com - general@carmo.com. After notifying Carmo Wood, the customer must send the article(s) to Carmo Wood, using the following address: Industrial Zone of Travassós S/n, 3680-170 Oliveira de Frades.

In these cases, the return shipping costs to the seller will be the responsibility of the customer.

The refund of the order amount will be made within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and confirming the condition of the returned products, at the address in Oliveira de Frades.
