Categories of personal data processed
The companies of the CARMO GROUP process the following categories of personal data, within the scope of their business activity and the services they provide: general identification, contacts, professional identification and framework, curriculum data, data related to contracts and employment, commercial and internship relationship, as well as data related to the visit to the websites of the companies in the Group, such as cookies for improving the user experience, name, entity, telephone, address and email address, for processing budget requests or for subsequent contacts.
Personal data is processed for the execution of contracts, for compliance with legal obligations, for the continuous improvement of the service provided by companies within the GRUPO CARMO, within the legitimate interest for the development of commercial and labor relations, and for sending information about companies within the GROUP, such as catalogs, campaigns, promotions, and event organization, in physical and digital formats. Whenever appropriate, consent will be requested from the data subjects.
Form of treatment and preservation
The processing of personal data is carried out with appropriate technological and organizational controls and measures that we consider proportional to protect and preserve them, and may include: management of authentication and access to information systems and facilities; management of user profiles in systems; controlled access to restricted information; commitment to confidentiality and professional secrecy with employees and interns; existence of a code of conduct applicable to all companies in the GRUPO CARMO and contractual and commercial relationships with various stakeholders, and the use of complementary, more robust techniques for intrusion prevention and protection of devices, means, and information, when necessary.
Personal data, in general, is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship with GRUPO CARMO companies or for the mandatory legal period. In the case of obtaining consent from the data subject, the data is stored for specific purposes for the duration of the relationship and in mutual legitimate interest. They may be transferred, for the same purposes, to GRUPO CARMO companies, entities required by law, or third parties. Whenever sharing is done with third parties outside the European Economic Area, they will be treated in accordance with the general data protection regulation.
The response to requests for access, obtaining and consultation of personal data, updating or changing, may be requested for deletion, restriction and opposition to treatment and cessation of automatic treatment of personal data for profile management, in the case of requests in accordance with current legislation.
